SUMMARIZE YOUR CAREER/PERSONAL PATH OVER THE LAST FIFTY YEARS.
I majored in Mathematics/Liberal Arts in college, worked as Computer Programmer for GE and then moved to a software company in CA. In CA, rediscovered Dance, returned to its study full time, received MA Dance from Ohio State, became a Laban Movement Analyst in NYC and have been dancing, teaching and choreographing ever since. Now known for a merging of Text and Movement and have traveled around the world, recently in India (www.cportables.com). Continue to investigate Dance for work as well as Autonomy (www.autonomyandlife.com) for personal development. Was married, now currently hooked up. No children but lots of nieces and nephews.

WHICH NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL EVENTS HAVE MOST INFLUENCED/IMPACTED YOU SINCE
HIGH SCHOOL?
The decline of trust and decency with our ego driven self-serving, greedy leaders in government, education, news and business.

WHAT PERSONAL EVENTS IMPACTED YOU THE MOST?
First day of college: Realizing I had to work/study and find the answers myself (they weren't going to be given to me)
Dancing: Realizing dancing could be the perfect blend of the physical, spiritual and intellectual.
Breakup: Realizing in the big scheme of things I didn't matter at all. (Very freeing).
Studying cultural history and autonomy: Realizing we are instances of humanity. (Also very freeing.)

WHAT ARE YOUR GREATEST HOPES AND CONCERNS FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS?
That we learn to listen and cooperate.

WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FORWARD TO IN YOUR FUTURE?
Continuing to work and contribute.

WHAT ARE YOUR SPECIAL OR MOST OUTSTANDING MEMORIES FROM OUR YEARS AT NBHS?
Carrying hat boxes in a show while singing with the Starlettes.
Listening to a teacher say, on the last day before vacation, "watch out for the stampeding teachers"
Helen Porter, teacher extraordinaire. She had an amazing ability to have us question existence.
And I loved diagramming sentences.
